According to him 13 thousand people found jobs due to the Anti-recessionary program in Almaty whereas 20 thousand additional jobs were created under the Road Map Program.

"As a whole we received good results in the first half-year 2009 within the Road Map and Anti-crisis Programs. But the tax revenues are significantly fall behind the Program goals. Despite reiterated instructions some enterprises which won tenders for large sums of money are registered outside the city", - A. Yessimov noted.

Thus according to the Tax Department of Almaty only 1 vendor out of 23 major vendors has been re-registered. "Overstated and sometimes false job volumes, salaries paid in envelopes, false enterprises frequent phenomena of state purchases.  As a result - prognosis data on potential tax burdens give rise to concern. At present its size amounted only to 2 per cent of the allotted funds", - he said.
