«Talgo» high-speed trains will run in five more directions

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - In the current year the Ministry of Transport and Communications plans to launch "Talgo" high-speed trains in five additional directions, this has been announced by the head of department Askar Zhumagaliyev at the expanded meeting of MTC.
The minister also said that last year "Talgo" trains were launched in the directions "Astana-Atyrau", "Almaty- Atyrau", "Astana- Semey".
"In 2014, high-speed trains "Talgo" will run in the directions of "Astana-Zaschita","Almaty-Zaschita ","Almaty-Aktobe","Astana-Kyzylorda"and "Almaty-Tashkent", noted A. Zhumagaliyev.
The head of the Ministry added that in order to make the existing trains more comfortable there were purchased new cars with refrigerators, DVD and other accessories.
