Tajikistan positive on any initiatives of Kazakhstan aimed at development of economy and ensuring stability in CA - Chairman of Majlisi of Tajikistan
ASTANA. April 23. KAZINFORM Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan to Tajikistan Abutalip Akhmetov had a meeting with Chairman of the Lower House of the Tajik Parliament Shukurjon Zuhurov.
At the meeting S. Zuhurov highly appraised Kazakh President's Address to the Nation New Decade - New Economic Growth - New Opportunities of Kazakhstan. According to him, N. Nazarbayev defined certain priorities of further industrial-innovative development of the country and set tasks for achievement of breakthrough growth of the Kazakhstan economy.
"Tajikistan takes positive view on any initiatives directed on development of economic potential and ensuring stability and mutually beneficial cooperation in Central Asia", the Chairman of the Lower House said.
Strengthening and development of interparliamentary ties between the Majilis of the Kazakh Parliament and Majlisi namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of Tajikistan is of great importance, S. Zuhurov noted.
The parties also exchanged views on mutual visits of the delegations of the Parliaments of Kazakhstan and Tajikistan for further strengthening friendly ties.
