Subsoil users should invest in science and innovations development - Industry Ministry

ASTANA. February 14. KAZINFORM Mechanisms on effective use of one percent of subsoil users' income for development of science and innovations are to be developed in the first quarter of this year.
Minister of Industry and New Technologies Asset Issekeshev has announced at the Government's session.
"It is necessary to adopt rules for the use and mechanisms to set to work in the second quarter," A. Issekeshev said.
