"The average per capita subsistence minimum calculated from the minimum standards of basic goods consumption in December 2010 rose by 1.9% in comparison with the previous month, and by 14.6% - in comparison with December 2009. In its structure the share of expenses for purchase of meat and fish was 20.3%, dairy products, oil and fat products as well as eggs - 16.6%, fruits and vegetables - 11.5%, breadstuffs and cereals - 8.7%, sugar, tea and spices - 2.9%", a press release of the Agency reads.
