ASTANA. February 24. KAZINFORM Studying the state language must be a duty of every Kazakh citizen, Deputy Chairman of Kazakhstan People's Assembly Yeraly Tugzhanov said at the republican youth forum "Birlik.kz" (Unity.kz) in Astana.
According to Tugzhanov, studying the Kazak language must be an impetus defining personal competitive ability and active community involvement. This is the priority of Kazakh people's national unity.
