Student shot dead after argument at college in S Kazakhstan

According to the police, the accident occurred when two young men had a spat at the college. The surveillance camera at the college shows one of the men drew a shotgun and wounded another one into the head as a result of the heated argument. The victim was critically injured following the shooting and passed away in a hospital a couple of days later. The suspected shooter was detained. A criminal investigation has been launched.
