Strong quake hits Japan's Hokkaido

TOKYO. June 5. KAZINFORM An earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 6.3 jolted Japan's northernmost main island of Hokkaido on Friday, the Japan Meteorological Agency said; Kazinform refers to Xinhua.
The focus of the tremor, which occurred at 12:30 p.m. (0330 GMT), was 20 km below the sea off Tokachi of Hokkaido; Kazinform cites Xinhua.
