Storm warning issued in 9 regions of Kazakhstan

Heavy snowfall, blizzard, stiff wind gusting to 15-20 meters per second are expected in Kostanay, North Kazakhstan, Akmola, Pavlodar, Karaganda and East Kazakhstan regions. Fog and ice slick will torment residents of South Kazakhstan, Almaty and Zhambyl regions. Forecasters predict that mercury will drop to -28, -38°C in these regions.
