Storm warning issued for E Kazakhstan region

UST-KAMENOGORSK. KAZINFORM - Regional Emergency Situations Department issues storm warning for the East Kazakhstan region where air temperature is expected to lower to -5°C on the night of the 22-23 April, 2014.
Strong north-west winds of 15-20 m/s, mix of rain and snow are expected on April 22-23 in East Kazakhstan.
