Storm alert issued in S Kazakhstan

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - The Committee for emergencies of the Internal Affairs Ministry of the Republic of Kazakhstan has issued a storm alert.
"Heavy snowfall, fog, black ice and low temperatures (0°, -5°C) are forecast for South Kazakhstan region on March 17-18.
After heavy rains flood may hit southern Kazakhstan on March 16," the committee said in a statement.
