ASTANA. KAZINFORM - A storm alert issued in Karaganda region, the press service of the Emergencies Committee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan INFORMS.
"The level of water in some rivers in Karaganda region continues to rise on April 2-4, and it can lead to floods," the statement reads.
