Storm alert in place for 12 regions of Kazakhstan

Mets issued weather alert for 12 regions of Kazakhstan for February 3, Kazinform News Agency learnt from the National Met Office Kazhydromet.
According to Kazhydromet, Karaganda, Ulytau, Aktobe regions are to brace for ground blizzard.
Black ice is predicted in Atyrau and Mangistau regions.
West Kazakhstan region is to expect black ice as well as ground blizzard in the north and east in the daytime.
Fog is forecast for Turkestan and Almaty regions.
Akmola, Pavlodar, North Kazakhstan, and Kostanay regions are to see blizzard.
