Chairman of the Calculating Committee Aslan Mussin has admitted at the joint session of the Parliament's Chambers today.

In his words, the share of mineral revenues still prevails in Kazakhstan. Moreover, non-oil deficit remains a source of concern, as it has grown for 28.7% in comparison with 2011.

"We have reviewed 11 sectoral programs within the Accelerated Industrial and Innovative Development Program and it turns out that diversification of economy has had little effect on the macroeconomic indicators. The program failed to ensure the increase in budget revenues from the processing sectors of economy," summed up Mr. Mussin.
