State expenditures on pension provision made KZT 750 bln - Assel Nussupova

ASTANA. January 27. KAZINFORM /Serik Sabekov/ The expenditures on pensions from the state budget made KZT 750 bln. Vice Minister of Labour and Social Protection Assel Nussupova said it during the meeting of the Social Council of 'Nur Otan' Party on pension system that was held in the Majilis of the Parliament.
According to the Vice Minister the amount of pensions has increased by 2.5 times in our country. Though, total amount of pensions of people are formed from the state budget.
'It has been more than 12 years elapsed since the reforms of the pension system but the state remains the only source of funds for paying pensions. Despite taken measures expenditures on pensions are rising significantly', she added.
