Sports palace named after Alexander Vinokourov to be built in N Kazakhstan

PETROPAVLOVSK. June 12. KAZINFORM Governor of North Kazakhstan region has met with a former professional bicycle racer and 2012 London Olympic champion Alexander Vinokourov.
The meeting mainly focused on the perspectives of development of cycling in the region. It was also announced that a professional cycling club would be created in northern Kazakhstan and a sports palace named after Alexander Vinokourov would be constructed in the region.
