Sport industry funding increases ninefold

ASTANA. August 11. KAZINFORM /Ruslan Suleimenov/ The volume of financing of sport industry has increased ninefold under the Governmental support within the last five years; Minister of Tourism and Sport Temirkhan Dosmukhanbetov has informed of it today at the session in Astana dedicated to the Day of Sport.
The size of material remuneration for successful performance in Olympic Games has increased as well. The gold medal winner and his trainer receive USD 250 thousand, silver medal winner - USD 150 thousand and bronze medal one - USD 75 thousand respectively.
