Spokesman for Kazakh Human Rights Commissioner named

ASTANA. April 25. KAZINFORM Rustam Kypshakbayev has been appointed official spokesperson of the Human Rights Commissioner in Kazakhstan, ombudsman's press service informs.
Mr. Kypshakbayev will be responsible for communication with press and mass media and reporting on the ombudsman activity.
