Spain Government supports Kazakhstan's efforts as OSCE president country on regulation of situation in Kyrgyzstan

ASTANA. April 9. KAZINFORM On April 8, 2010 the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Spain issued a press-communiqué on response of Madrid authorities to the events in Kyrgyzstan, the Kazakh MFA informs.
The communiqué reads: "The Government of Spain expresses deep regret at the events which took place in Kyrgyzstan, at death of civilians and calls on for resumption of the dialogue between political and public forces in order to find peaceful solution of the problem".
The Spanish Government firmly supports Kazakhstan's efforts directed on search for immediate solution based on observance of human rights, freedoms, democracy and legal state - the principles which underlay the obligations of Kyrgyzstan taken by it as the OSCE member country.
