Snowy weather to persist in Kazakhstan on Wednesday

According to Kazhydromet, Kazakhstan's national forecaster, fog, ice-slick, stiff wind and snowstorm will hit most regions of Kazakhstan on Wednesday. Meteorologists predict weather without precipitation only in southern, south-western and western areas of the country. Snowstorm, fog, ice-slick and wind gusting up to 15-20 m per s are expected in Akmola and Kostanay regions. Zhambyl, North Kazakhstan, Karaganda and East Kazakhstan are to be steeped in fog. Fog will also blanket Almaty, Atyrau, West Kazakhstan, Aktobe and Mangystau regions.
