Snowmelt waters keep road blocked in N Kazakhstan

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Snowmelt waters keel a road closed in North Kazakhstan region, Kazinform has learnt from the Committee for emergencies of the Internal Affairs Ministry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
"A section of the Chelyabinsk-Novosibirsk highway crossing the territory of North Kazakhstan region remains blocked by snowmelt waters," the committee said in a statement.
