Six investment projects amounted to KZT 5.3 bln implemented in Karaganda region
KARAGANDA. May 27. KAZINFORM /Valentina Yelizarova/ Issues of realization of projects in the agro-industrial complex have been discussed at the sitting in the Akimat of Karaganda region with participation of Head of the National Holding "KazAgro" Asylzhan Mamytbekov today.
"Six investment projects to the amount of KZT 5.3 bln are implemented in Karaganda region within the Industrialization Map developed under the instructions of the President of the country. The projects are planned to be launched in 2010-2011. Four projects to the amount of KZT 3 bln are realized by means f borrowed funds of "KazAgroFinance" JSC", regional Governor Serik Akhmetov said.
Over a dozen of investment projects to the amount of KZT 30 bln implementation of which requires financing were discussed at the session as well.
The CEO of KazAgro expressed readiness to support these projects. "We have changed the rules of consideration of investment projects recently making it two-stage in order to decrease the number of applied documents for entrepreneurs at the initial stage. A good business-plan is the main thing. We have funds and are ready to extend financing programs", A.Mamytbekov said.
Heads of "KazAgroFinance" JSC, Agricultural Credit Corporation, "Mal Onimderi" Corporation, entrepreneurs working in the agro-industrial complex, representative of the local executive bodies took part in the meeting.
