Six-day marathon "CIS capitals of culture" kicks off

MOSCOW. September 20. KAZINFORM /Narymbek Ismagulov/ "CIS capitals of culture" intergovernmental program starts this week in Russia's Ulyanovsk with the concert of young CIS soloists.
The six-day marathon of cultural events will be held within the international congress "Culture as a resource of modernization", the press service of the interstate humanitarian assistance fund of CIS member states said.
