Among them are regulations "Concerning Safety of Low-Voltage Installation", "Safety of Elevators", "Concerning Safety of Equipment for Work in Explosive Atmosphere", "Concerning Safety of Equipment Running on Gas Fuel" and "Electromagnetic Compatibility of Technical Aids".

Taking into account the existing practice, including the European one, the abovementioned technical regulations have transition periods. There is an opportunity up to 15 March 2015 to produce and issue the product in line with the mandatory requirements established by the regulatory acts of the Customs Union or by the legislations of the Customs Union and Single Economic Space member states given there are documents on conformation of conformity of the product with the mandatory requirements, issued or adopted before 15 February 2013.

The issue or adoption of documents on conformation of conformity of the product with the mandatory requirements established by the regulatory acts of the Customs Union or by the legislations of the Customs Union and Single Economic Space member states is prohibited starting from 15 February 2013.

Compliance certificates and declarations on conformity of the product with the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs union are issued following common procedures approved by Resolution No.293 of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission (25 December 2012).

"The national bodies of the member states should secure implementation of the requirements of the Customs Union technical regulations, taking into account the fact that the issues of switching to the single requirements to the product and the order of its issue on the single customs territory by 2015 is an essential condition of integration in the Customs Union and the Single Economic Space," the EEC said.
