Since Jan 2010 GDP growth made 8.3% - Kazakh Vice Premier Yerbol Orynbayev

ASTANA. June 11. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ According to preliminary estimates, the GDP growth since the beginning of 2010 amounted to 8.3 percent. Vice Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Yerbol Orynbayev said it at the meeting of 'Nur Otan' Party in the Majilis of the Parliament of Kazakhstan. The issue regarding 'Road Map 2010' Program was discussed as well.

'After five months since the beginning of the year we can see positive changes that we predicted', Mr. Orynbayev said.

The Vice Premier noted that industry and trade was developing in faster pace, unemployment rate declined to 6.1%.
