Since 1993 Kazakhstan received USD 45.5 bln from TCO business activity

ATYRAU. April 21. KAZINFORM /Andrey Sokolov/ Since 1993 Kazakhstan has received USD 45.5 bln from business activity of Tengizchevroil (TCO), which develops Tengiz oil field in Atyrau region. Deputy Director General of TCO Anuarbek Dzhakishev informed of it yesterday. According to him, last year Kazakhstan got USD 10 bln benefit from the Company's activity.
"The volume of domestic goods and services purchased by the Company has increased too. In 2010 we spent USD 1 bln for this purpose", A. Dzhakishev added.
TCO extracts about 26 mln tons of oil (per year) from Tengiz deposit.
