Shvedova, Dellacqua celebrate first success in Rome

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Kazakhstan's tennis player Yaroslava Shvedova and her women's doubles partner Casey Dellacqua from Australia sneaked into the second round of the Internazionali BNL d'Italia in Rome, Italy on May 13, Sports.kz.
In the first-round match the Kazakh-Aussie tandem outclassed Elena Vesnina from Russia and Sabine Lisicki from Germany in two straight sets 6:4, 6:4. The Kazakhstani and Aussie athletes will next face off with Caroline Garcia of France and Katarina Srebotnik from Slovenia. The tournament in Rome will last until May 17, 2015. Recall that Shvedova and Dellacqua won the women's doubles title of the 2015 Mutua Madrid Open tournament in Madrid, Spain last week.
