Share of KMC capital increased by KZT 5.5 billion within «Affordable Housing 2020» program

In January 2014 the authorized capital of KMC increased by KZT 8.7 billion. Given the current KZT 5.5 billion total amount is KZT 14.2 billion, which is required "for the construction and acquisition of rental housing under the program "Affordable Housing-2020", according to the statement released. Capitalization has been made at the expense of the state budget. The nominal capital of KMC considering repurchased shares amounted to KZT 55.5 billion. KMC is a subsidiary of "Baiterek" holding company. Company under the program "Affordable Housing-2020" is funding the construction of residential apartment buildings in Almaty, Shymkent, Pavlodar and Karaganda.
