Shanghai building fire victims rises to 23

BEIJING. November 16. KAZINFORM /Ruslan Suleimenov/ Death toll of apartment house fire in Shanghai reached 53 people. 70 people were hospitalized with various traumas, 17 of them got serious injuries.
Currently, an investigation of the reasons of the fire is underway.
The Ministry of Public Security of China announced establishment of a group of Chinese State Council for investigation of the accident.
