ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Classes have been canceled for Grades 1-11 and college students in Astana due to severe frost, Kazinform has learnt from astana.kz.
According to Kazhydromet, Kazakhstan's national forecaster, temperatures dropped to -34°С in the Kazakh capital.
