Seven miners die of carbon monoxide poisoning in northeast China

MOSCOW. January 12. KAZINFORM. Seven people has died as a result of carbon monoxide poisoning at a coal mine in the northeast of China, Xinhua news agency reported; Kazinform refers to RIA Novosti.
According to the agency, the accident took place late on Monday night in the Jilin Province with five miners dying at the scene of the incident and two more during the rescue operation.
Four more miners were injured, but their lives were out of danger after they were rushed to hospitals and received medical treatment.
