Session of Commission on citizenship held in Akorda

Materials of over 14 thousand persons, who want to be admitted to the Kazakh citizenship, including repatriates and representatives of other nationalities were considered at the session. According to K.Saudabayev, the wish of such great number of people to become a citizen of our country witnesses the fact that, despite negative consequences of the world crisis, people believe in Kazakhstan, its leader and associate their living and the future of their children with our country. The number of people wanted to gain the Kazakh citizenship reached 500 thousand people within the last few years, the main part of them are from the CIS countries.
