Senators return draft law "On forensic-expert activity in Kazakhstan" to Majilis
ASTANA. September 16. KAZINFORM Deputies of the Kazakh Parliament Senate have returned a draft Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On forensic-expert activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan" to the Majilis. The draft law is aimed at modernization of the legislation on implementation of independent and objective judicial-expert activity.
According to Kazakh Minister of Justice Rashid Tussupbekov, at present the current Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On judicial investigation" regulates production and assignment of judicial investigation. The issues, which touch upon forensic-expert activity, are brought under regulation deficiently.
While the draft law discussion, necessity of amendments to the draft law approved by the Majilis appeared.
