Senator Y.Zhumabayev meets with Pavlodar authorities
PAVLODAR. February 20. KAZINFORM /Vera livintsova/ The Kazakh President's Message to the Nation "New Decade - New Economic Growth - new Opportunities of Kazakhstan" was a main topic of the meeting to Senator Yermek Zhumabayev with deputies of t6he Pavlodar Maslikhat, representatives of the local executive bodies and NGOs.
"The document consists of the country's development strategy for the nearest 10 years. It is Kazakhstan's way to leadership, which includes the economy's diversification, investments attraction, trade policy, entrepreneurship and region development. A man is the country's wealth; hence it is necessary to improve education, healthcare and social protection.
Stability is development's foundation - it is crucial to continue political modernization, legal reform, creation of a new law protection system", the Senator noted.
The Senator emphasized that Pavlodar is a large industrial city implementing large investment projects in the energy, petrochemical plant, KSP Steel Company.
