Senate Speaker receives OSCE Secretary General

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Chairman of the Senate Kassy-Jomart Tokayev has received Secretary General of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe Lamberto Zannier, the press service of the Senate reports.
Speaker of the Senate confirmed Kazakhstan's commitment to strengthen cooperation in the OSCE, as well as dialogue within the framework of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization. Tokayev stressed that ‘the OSCE should play a crucial role in facilitating dialogue and resolving the crisis in Ukraine'. The meeting also discussed issues of regional collaboration in Central Asia.
