Senate approves Bill setting tax incentives for EXPO 2017 objects construction
ASTANA. November 21. KAZINFORM - The Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the Plenary session has approved the first reading of the draft law "On amendments and additions to some legislative acts on organization and conduct of the international specialized exhibition EXPO-2017 in Astana".
"The adoption of the document will form the necessary legal basis for on-time construction of EXPO-2017 infrastructure as well as solve procedural and organizational issues related to the exhibition", said the Minister of Economy and Budget Planning Erbolat Dossayev presenting the Bill.
The Minister noted that the document provides for amendments allowing instant funding of ''Astana EXPO-2017" National company from the budget in the form of purpose-oriented contribution. There are also measures of tax incentives for organizations that are engaged in designing and construction of the exhibition.
