Senate adopts law on protection, anti-dumping measures within CU

As noted Yerbolat Dossayev, National Economy Minister, the bill stipulates the order of calculation, payment, enrollment, distribution, return and offsetting of special protective, antidumping and countervailing duties similar to import customs duties. The bill, in general, is designed to harmonize legislation with the regulatory framework of the Customs Union and agreements of the WTO. Senators have also considered and approved in the first reading amendments to the related legislation.
