According to the UNDP Kazakhstan the mid-point of the growth rate for world wind power sector made over 29 percent and is constantly mounting. This fact proves the promising outlook and expedience of the wind industry. Ukraine is one of the leaders of this industry among other CIS countries. The implementation of new technology in this industry is stimulated by the state at the expense of 'green' tariffs as well as the use of information policy and other measures.

The seminar participants will be familiarized with the regulatory-legal framework and state policy of Ukraine in harnessing of renewable resources. They will also consider certain projects on efficient use of wind power.

Representatives of Kazakh ministries and administrations as well as national companies, associations, research institutes, business circles and foreign companies will take part in the seminar.
