Secretaries of CSTO Security Councils worked out recommendations on reducing tension in South of Kyrgyzstan

MOSCOW. June 14. KAZINFORM /Narymbek Ismagulov/ Security Council Secretaries of the CSTO member countries have adopted a joint statement upon the results of urgent consultations convened in view of the situation in Kyrgyzstan. 'Secretaries of the Security Councils has expressed serious concern about the situation in the South of Kyrgyzstan which cannot be controlled with casualties and tumult', the statement writes.

In was said at consultations that measures taken by the interim government were not sufficient for stabilizing the situation in the region. The participants of the meeting called the interim government of Kyrgyzstan to take all necessary measures for controlling the country and keeping it in order.

Special recommendations aimed at reducing the tension in Kyrgyzstan, localization criminals and gangs and at strengthening security at the borders were worked out at the consultations.
