Scandinavian legislators highly appraised Kazakhstan's OSCE chairmanship
ASTANA. October 13. KAZINFORM Kazakh Secretary of State - Foreign Minister Kanat Saudabayev has held a range of bilateral meetings with top officials of Norway today within his official visit to Oslo, the Kazakh Foreign Ministry reports.
At the meeting with Crown Prince of Norway Haakon Magnus the Scandinavian monarch reminded of his visit to Astana in the beginning of this year and complimented the impetus given to the development of the bilateral cooperation.
The current state and prospects of Interparliamentary cooperation as well as the situation on Central Asian region were discussed at the meeting with Speaker of the Storting (Parliament) Dag Terje Andersen and a group of Norwegian parliamentarians - members of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly. The Scandinavian officials appreciated the process of Astana chairmanship in the OSCE.
