Samruk-Kazyna to undertake obligations on financing of 215 construction entities
ASTANA. February 9. KAZINFORM /Gulnara Zhandagulova/ Samruk-Kazyna Fund intends to undertake obligations on financing of 215 entities amounted to KZT 104.7 bln; Chairman of Samruk-Kazyna Fund Kairat Kelimbetov has said it today at the session in Astana Akimat.
"This year we intend to undertake obligations on financing of 215 entities amounted to KZT 104.7 bln. In such a manner, the portfolio of real estate trust will make KZT 197.8 bln. This will let solve the issues of 10.1 thousand of equity holders whereas 16 169 flats will be purchased including 11 488 in Astana city, 4 181 - in Almaty and Almaty region, 500 - in Aktau city", - K. Kelimbetov said.
According to K. Kelimbetov the real estate fund is monitoring financial support rendered by Samruk-Kazyna to real estate developers. As a whole, KZT 7.2 bln was allocated for 26 construction entities.
The works on two housing complexes with 78 equity holders ( Akzhayk and Al-Arka) were completed last year.
