S Korea and S Kazakhstan to set up JV

SHYMKENT. KAZINFORM South Korea's Daedong Industrial Co., LTD and Shymkent Innovation signed a memo of cooperation to establish a new production plant in South Kazakhstan to build tractors.
As the parties agreed at the meeting held in South Korea, its construction will start this May. Besides, the sides agreed to tune up cooperation to produce rolled metal products and to assembly municipal vehicles. Representatives of Hyundai Company are expected to arrive in South Kazakhstan at the end of this month.
