MOSCOW. KAZINFORM - The Russian side confirms participation in the Berlin meeting of Normandy Format due January 5 at level of political directors, a source told TASS.
"The Russian side will be represented by head of the Foreign Ministry's Second Department of CIS countries, Viktor Sorokin," the source said.
