Russian President says horizontal growth of relations is a promising trend

ASTRAKHAN. September 15. KAZINFORM /Narymbek Ismagulov/ "It is crucial not to forget about bilateral and interregional relations," President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev said at the opening of the VIII interregional cooperation forum of Kazakhstan and Russia.

"Horizontal growth of relations is obviously a very promising trend. We have agreed to strengthen it. As Nursultan Nazarbayev said, cooperation between the nations is of great significance but we have to pay attention to bilateral ties," the Russian President stated. "I totally agree we should not forget about bilateral relations, consequently, interregional ties."
