Russian President congratulates Nursultan Nazarbayev on Independence Day
ASTANA. December 16. KAZINFORM - The President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin congratulated his Kazakhstani counterpart Nursultan Nazarbayev on a national holiday - Independence Day, the Kremlin's press-service informs.
The head of state of Russia sent a telegram of congratulations, in which he highly appreciates Kazakhstan's achievements in its socio-economic and scientific-technical development and notes its boosting international image.
V.Putin underscored successful development of Russian-Kazakhstani relations in the spirit of strategic partnership and was certain that based on a recently signed Treaty on Good-Neighborliness and Alliance Cooperation in the 21st century, the two states will further beef up mutually beneficial bilateral ties in the interest of both nations and to accelerate integration processes within the framework of the Customs Union, Single Economic Space, CIS and other multilateral Eurasian structures.
