Russian plane made emergency landing at Aktobe airport

ASTANA. January 11. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ A Russian plane flying from Domodedovo to Osh had to make an emergency landing at the airport of Aktobe city on Sunday, January 9.

According to the regional internal affairs department on transport, Boeing-737 of Russia's Vim-Avia Company asked for an emergency landing at Aktobe airport due to premature contractions of a 21-year-old Kyrgyz woman.

At 06:40 the aircraft carrying 8 crew members and 226 passengers landed at the airport of Aktobe.

An hour and a half later the woman gave a birth to a girl and the plane continued its flight to Osh.
