Russian FM Sergey Lavrov to discuss political and economic issues with Kazakhstan's leadership

Kazakh MFA's official representative Askar Abdrakhmanov has said it at the briefing on Friday, February 12.

"Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov will visit Kazakhstan on February 21-22. the visit program plans meetings with the country's leadership for discussion of the issues of political, economic and cultural-humanitarian cooperation", A.Abdrakhmanov said.

According to him, the agenda includes the issues of bilateral cooperation and multilateral interaction within the framework of international organizations.

He emphasized that "the visit's relevance is due to necessity of strengthening of the level of the Kazakh-Russian cooperation and further development of multilateral ties between our countries, expansion of opportunities in solution of tasks of political stability at the continent".
