Russian, Belarusian, Kazakh companies gang up for Soyuznefteotdacha project
MINSK. January 24. KAZINFORM The Russian state company Zarubezhneft, the Belarusian company Belorusneft, and the Kazakh company KazMunaiGas have reached an agreement to work together on the project Soyuznefteotdacha, the official website of OAO Zarubezhneft reads.
"The project is meant to combine the scientific and manufacturing potentials of the three companies for the sake of stepping up the work in this area," a press release of the company says.
A joint working group made up of representatives of Zarubezhneft, Belorusneft, and KazMunaiGas was created in December 2012 for the sake of implementing the agreement, BelTA reports.
On 22 January 2013 OAO Zarubezhneft hosted the first session of the working group, during which the sides discussed matters concerning the organizational and legal form of cooperation and agreed a plan of initial actions.
