Russia, EU formally complete bilateral WTO talks

BRUSSELS. December 7. KAZINFORM Russia and the European Union have formally completed bilateral talks on the terms of Russia's admission to the World Trade Organization; Kazinform refers to Itar-Tass.
Russia's Economic Development Minister Elvira Nabiulilna and EU trade commissioner Karel de Gucht signed a memorandum of understanding on the terms of the country's accession to the WTO in Brussels earlier on Tuesday.
