Russia appoints special representative at Shanghai Cooperation Organization

MOSCOW. KAZINFORM Russian President Vladimir Puin has signed a decree to appoint Bakhtier Khakimov his special representative at the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).
Khakimov currently heads the Asia-Pacific Cooperation Department of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Kazinform refers to ITAR-TASS.
